Q:  What is the essence of your program?

A:  Russian Tea Time came up with an innovative and technologically sophisticated way to reward our customers for their loyalty.  With every visit to the restaurant, you will accumulate points that are redeemable for variety of fantastic merchandise, food, service, gift certificates and even airline miles. Q:  How do you track my spending? Do I need to carry a separate card that identifies me as a member of your program?

A:  No, there is no need to carry any additional cards.  All you do is register your credit or debit card with us and we are able to track your spending through our point of sale terminals.  In fact, you can register up to 20 credit cards so you do not have to remember which card is on our file each time you visit.

Q:  How can I be sure my name, e-mail and credit card information will not be shared or stolen?

A:  Your privacy and security of our database is our primary concern.  We will NEVER share your name with anyone.  The access of the database is limited to only two top level managers of Russian Tea Time and even they only have limited information on your personal profile. Only you will be able to view your complete credit card number.   Most importantly, the data is protected with a Secure Sock Layer Technology.
